Wedding Ceremony & Wedding Reception Fees

 On Site Wedding Ceremony Fees:

Facility Fee $750
Set Up Fee $250
White Chivari Chairs $5 per chair

Reception Facility Fees:

Fridays and Sundays $2,500

Saturdays $4,000

This fee covers the use of the ballroom and the patio; weddings with at least 120 guests in attendance will be given use of the River Room at no additional charge (Please note this does not apply to tented events). Weddings with less than 120 guests may choose to have use of the River Room for an additional facility fee of $500. China, flatware, stemware, and indoor set-up and breakdown are also covered in the facility fee.

Tent Receptions

Tent, Dance Floor, Lighting Individually Quoted*
Reception Set Up Fee $2,500 for Carriage Inn location, $3,500 for Portside Lodge location**.
Facility Fee $6,500

*Price will vary based upon size of tent, dance floor and lighting preferences.
All tents located along side the Portside Lodge are required to rent the twelve guest rooms that will have obstructed views as a result of the tent placement.
Nonantum management reserves the right to make all final decisions on placement of the tent.  Weather conditions will require that we consider the safety and comfort of guests and staff.  Threat of rain, wind, thunderstorm, and lightning will be taken into consideration in making the final decision.

**Tent receptions at the Portside Lodge location require 12 guest room rentals in the Portside Lodge. A two night minimum may apply. Room rates based on availability.
