Reception Facility Fees:
This fee covers the use of the Ballroom and the Patio; weddings with at least 120 guests in attendance will be given use of the River Room at no additional charge (Please note this does not apply to tented events). Weddings with less than 120 guests may choose to have use of the River Room for an additional facility fee of $500. Also covered in the facility fee are the following: china, flatware, stemware, ivory or white table linens, and indoor set-up and breakdown.

**"Minimum Total Charges" includes facility fee, food, beverage, and set up fees. Overnight guest rooms, rental charges, tax and gratuities are NOT included in "Minimum Total Charges."
