All Room Rates Subject to current Maine State Rooms and Meals Tax.
Room rates based upon 2 adults per room. $25 per person per night for each person 13 & over (maximum occupancy 4 per room except some suites).
Children 12 & Under stay free.
Wedding Guests: For those who are attending a wedding, please call us directly to book your room.
Rollaway charge is $15 per night.
Cribs available at no extra charge.
No Saturday Night only stays. Special rates may be in effect during certain holidays and special events.

Check out Time: 11am

Deposit/Cancellation Policy:
We require a deposit on all reservations. If an advance deposit is made by credit card, the card will be processed at the time the reservation is made. We do take a 50% advance deposit or one nights’ stay – (whichever is greater) at the time of booking. This advance deposit is refundable until 7 days prior to arrival minus a $25 administrative fee. Should you need to cancel within the 7 days prior to arrival your advance deposit is non refundable. If reservations are made within 7 days of arrival, the entire stay will be charged and is non refundable. Upon arrival you are obligated for your entire booked stay - there will be no refunds for early departures or unused portions of packages.


The Nonantum is a 100% non-smoking facility.

Any damage or breakage exceeding normal use will be charged to your room
Hallway Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am

The Nonantum Inn and Resort is open seasonally from mid-April to mid December (April 23 - Dec 12, 2010)
