 Relax on your own private patio or deck,
breathe in the salt air, watch the
lobstermen head to sea or the sailboats
cruise by. Contemporary accommodations await
you in the modern Portside Lodge.
Most guest rooms in the Portside Building
have been renovated in a seaside summer
cottage motif.
All rooms in this contemporary building
feature a water view, mini-fridge, coffee
maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing boards,
Air conditioning, color cable television,
phones, WiFi Internet access and a private
bath. All first floor rooms have a patio,
second floor rooms have a balcony, and third
floor rooms feature a large picture window
and a gas woodstove.
This building is handicap accessible and
features three different layouts to select
from.
Portside
Rooms: Two queen beds, one king bed, one
queen, or a queen and a twin bed.
Portside Efficiency Rooms: One king
bed or a queen and twin bed plus an
efficiency kitchenette with mini-fridge,
mini-stove, microwave, sink and utensils to
serve four.
Portside Family Suites:
First floor 2-room suite: The
Livingroom features a wet bar, refrigerator
and microwave with two twin
pullout sofa beds, the second room has a
king bed. 1.5 baths and each room with
private patio.
Second floor 2-room suite: One room
has a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave with a queen bed and
balcony, the second room has 2 twin beds.
