Education, Licensed Massage Therapist:
Endicott College Soccer Hall of Famer
and Kennebunk High School Head Girls
Varsity Soccer Coach, Shannon focuses
her training in group fitness, spinning,
fat loss for women, sport specific
training, and core training. The
training sessions will consist of total
body fitness, core conditioning,
stability ball exercises, medicine
balls, and more!
Tuesday and Thursday Exercise
with Darryl
Daryl Conant, M. Ed, Exercise
Physiologist and Owner of The Fitness
Nut House. Formerly, the United States
Olympic Strength Coach, Daryl
specializes in fat loss, strength
conditioning, bodybuilding,
post-rehabilitation, adolescent fitness,
senior fitness, risk factor prevention,
cardiac rehabilitation, Pilates, and
fitness testing (VO2, lactate, and RMR).
The training sessions will consist of
total body fitness, core conditioning,
stability ball exercises, medicine
balls, and so much more.

Susan M. Gallo, CSYT RYT and
owner of Blue Sky: A Yoga Studio…
Svaroopa® yoga’s focus is on creating
lasting spinal opening. Students are
taught a fundamentally different way to
"tune" into these deeper tensions and
release them; giving them the
opportunity for the classic Hatha Yoga
poses to be deeply effective and
healthful.
