This fee covers the use of the Ballroom and
the Patio; weddings with at least 120 guests
in attendance will be given use of the River
Room at no additional charge (Please note

Weddings with less than 120 guests may
choose to have use of the River Room for an
additional facility fee of $500. Also
covered in the facility fee are the
following: china, flatware, stemware, and indoor set-up and
breakdown.
